If you need help other than getting around the site, frequently asked questions may be able to help. To see what is on the site, click on contents. General browsing Use the menu at the left of the screen to navigate by clicking on a title. Once an area has been accessed in this way, the sub-pages are listed below the title. For instance clicking on home will bring you to the home page, where there are four sub- pages you can access: what's new, contents, help and faq. Click on these to view them. You can also use the text-only links at the bottom of each page. Clicking on home will always bring you back to the home page if you get lost. Global buttons At the top of each page are different icons to click on:
Other features On some pages you will find quick links in the grey right-hand column. Clicking on these sends you to the right place further down the page. This column can also contain extra information relevant to the page or help on filling in a form, as well as links to guides, designed to help you. Clicking on a guide link will open the guide in a new window. Guides are also available in PDF format, downloadable by clicking on [PDF] which follows each link. Filling in forms Sometimes you may be asked for information which you enter into a form, such as when sending feedback or requesting a quote. Clicking on the Send it or Get my quote button will email what you have entered to us. Clicking on Start again will clear the form so you can start filling it in afresh. A confirmation page displaying the data will appear so you can check what you have sent.
